RollMaster 280 (270 cm)

The RollMaster 280 configurator will help you choose the optimum set according to your needs.

First step is to choose the end cutter version. The Standard version's end cutter is moved manually, while the Super version offers automatic forward & back movement after pressing the start button. The main benefit of the automatic end cutter is speeding up work. It is not necessary to walk along the table pushing the cutter ahead and then go back to the start position – it is made automatically and takes just a few seconds.

Second step is the choice of holding bar. In the basic version it is operated manually using a handle. Operation is simple and fast, but worth considering is a pneumatic holding bar, as it offers the possibility to lift the bar temporarily by the additional pedal button. It is very useful when, after unrolling the material, you can see it is not set in the right angle. The pneumatic version allows one to lift the holding bar higher and is highly recommended when working with day-night/zebra type of roller blinds.

Guiding strip may be extended with a slider with an angle strip of 90 degrees or slider with laser, which help to measure the length of the cut. One move of an operator’s hand makes it possible to lock and change the position of the slider.

Another option to consider is the backlight on the table top. This helps to detect errors and cut off the faulty fragment of the material, saving the rest of fabric. It can vastly affect the material consumption.

The fabric rolling machine can be operated either manually with an electric add-on driver (included) or automatically by using a foot pedal, which gives you both hands free.

Control frame helps to check the correctness of rolling-up the roller shade. The simple chain mechanism (or motor in electric version) allows to coil and unwind the roller shade to check if it is straight. Graspers for the tube are regulated. Width of the test frame can be adjusted, limited only with length of the table top.

Guiding strip may be extended with a sliding strip with an angle of 90 degrees, which helps to measure the length of the cut. One move of an operator’s hand makes it possible to lock and change the position of the angle strip.

Low speed end cutter (600 rpm) will be better for cutting materials which stick on to the blade during high speed cutting. Before making a decision we recommend to send us samples of material for testing.

The table width should be matched with the maximum roll width you use. Cutting width is 10 cm less then a table width.

The length of the working top is practically unlimited. A standard length of the table top is 202 cm with the possibility of an extension up to 280 cm without joining tops.

 

RollMaster 310 (300 cm)

Ocean

The Ocean SK cutting table configurator will help you choose the optimum set according to your needs.

First step it to choose table width. We propose four main sizes - 182, 202, 222, 242 cm. Table width should be a little bigger than the widest roll you cut from.

Second step is the choice of table length. Planning space in the cutting room, please remember to leave 80 cm in front of the table and 50 cm at the back.

Bottom shelves are useful to store rolls of material and accessories needed in the cutting room, especially when you do not have a large space available. Table frame is prepared for adding bottom shelves at any moment, even if they are not ordered with the complete set.

Table legs can be equipped with casters with brakes, so it can be easily moved in the room. Table with wheels requires a hard and flat ground. There is no possibility of height adjustment in that case

For unrolling the fabric you can use one of three types of fabric unroller. Two of them are upper unrollers mounted on the table top. They come with one or two bars (second bar helps to reduce the tilt angle of material and keep it closer to the end cutter level). Lower unroller is attached to the frame and has two rollers located at the table top level.

In the next step you can choose the version of end cutter. DYDB-1 version is moved manually, while DYDB-2 offers automatic forward & back movement after pressing the start button. The main benefit of the automatic end cutter is speeding up work. Automatic end cutter in DYDB-2A version offers higher cutting capacity of single layer up to 2,5 cm (in DYDB-1 and DYDB-2 versions - 0,8 cm) and is recommended for thick materials.

In case of upper unwinder and end cutter we provide a useful roller guide of end cutter. It stretches the material on the cutting height and prevents the problem of uneven cuts, which may occur when the material is stretched diagonally going up.

Last option to choose is a holding bar. Basic version with parking brake is operated manually using a handle. Electric version is moved up and down by buttons, there is no need to use a brake as the holding bar is blocked after lifting until released. For 242 cm table only the manual version is supported.

RollMaster
