CUTMaster 270 Super Plus SE
The CUTMaster 270 SE table was prepared according to the customer's design - a manufacturer of quilts and pillows. Three Long Ocean end cutters were installed in the device. The first one, on a manual spreader, is used for layering and cutting off material from the roll. Two successive end cutters mounted perpendicularly to each other enable cutting equal pieces, e.g. 1 x 1 m, 2 x 1 m or any other. The main part of the table has an airflow system that allows the material to be easily moved to the rear, where multiple layers are formatted at once. The table is equipped with a laser cutting length measurement system and allows for precise cutting with an accuracy of 1 mm. Technical data
